Returns Policy:
De Beads stocks quality merchandise and aims to provide excellent customer service. All items are inspected prior to dispatch and are well packed to ensure they reach you in excellent condition.
To request a refund or return, please contact us via email within three days of receiving your. Items need to be returned to us within seven days, in original condition and packaging. For change of mind refunds, a 20% re-stocking fee will apply and postage will be at the buyer’s expense. For faulty items, a full refund including postage will be given. Refunds and exchanges are not available on sale items.
Economy findings that have silver or gold plating may wear with time or react with some people’s skin to discolour or tarnish. This is considered normal wear and tear and not a fault. If you have allergies or reactive skin it is suggested that you do not purchase findings designed for ‘costume’ jewellery. If you have allergies to metals you may wish to stick to Sterling Silver or gold findings – or try coating your findings with a product such as allergy shield.

Prices are based on Australia Post pre-paid satchel rates current as of Oct 2008. Additional packaging is provided as a customer service by De Beads.
You can select regular or express delivery. Registered post available by request.

Australia Post Rates Apply (most items sent in prepaid satchels)
Some heavier/large items are sent via boxed package.
Orders over $200 will include FREE Postage within Australia
International Buyers should contact De Beads after checkout to confirm delivery charge to your region. Your order will not be processed until you have accepted delivery charges and confirmed payment. You will be responsible for any customs or duties imposed by your country on receipt of your delivery.

Standard Post - 3 to 10 business days for delivery (depending on location). Not insured
Express Post - Next business day delivery to major centres. Not insured but trackable.
Registered Post - 3 to 10 business days for delivery (depending on location). Insured and trackable.
International Orders:
Air Mail - 3 to 14 business days depending on location.

De Beads uses Australia Post to send orders. All orders are carefully packed and checked prior to dispatch. Once orders have been mailed at Australia post, liability for delivery is passed to you. Claims for damage and loss must be made to Australia Post. We do not accept responsibility for parcels lost or damaged by Australia Post. We will notify you when your order has been mailed and we do ask that you contact us if your order does not arrive within 7 days or if it arrives damaged so that we can also lodge a complaint with Australia Post. We suggest you use Registered Post if you are concerned about loss or damage of parcels. Registered Post includes insurance to the value of $100.00. Registered Post is generally $2.00 more than Express Post due to postage charges and packaging. |
